Amongst other things he has paddleboarded the length of the Mississippi, skateboarded across Australia, swum 1001 miles, written three books, stayed awake for 72 hours in a row without turning crazy, and for years has tried in vain to get Nutella to sponsor his adventures. But will he give up? Never!
For a little while now I’ve opened myself up to dares and bets during expeditions, offered up by the public in return for a charitable donation.
As the dare is being completed videos and photos are taken, blogs are written, tweets are tweeted, everything to sure the dare is worth the donation and the embarrassment lasts forever!
We’re aiming to raise £100,000 for breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! during this 1000 mile swim down the Missouri, and don’t forget about daring my team - they’re paddling the full 1000 miles on Lakeshore River Rover Stand Up Paddleboards and in a Mad River canoe. We’re in this together and we’ll do anything for a good dare/ laugh!
